Apostore GmbH
The subsidiary of KHT, founded in 2000 and based in Germany, develops and sells state-of-the-art automated picking systems for a wide range of industries. As a fully-owned subsidiary of KNAPP AG and with approximately 140 employees, Apostore is one of the leading suppliers in this field.
In order to increase the quality of support and to be able to make a precise forecast for system maintenance, the company approached us with the task of implementing our real-time business monitoring product Caduceus for their company.
The implementation of a real-time monitoring platform is a strategic investment for APOSTORE. By introducing the solution, we are opening up completely new possibilities for our global service landscape and significantly increasing customer benefits. On this basis, we can now develop further services and solutions and implement them for our customers.
Project implementation
In order to provide the support team with a quick overview of the critical facilities, and to enable a real-time display of the facilities, more than 1,000 facilities are connected to our monitoring system and the creation of KPIs, dashboards and notifications is automated using a template system. This makes it possible to integrate a new plant into the system within seconds. Software updates can be automatically imported via the monitoring infrastructure.
The finished solution consists of the plant overview/management, a link to the Caduceus detail dashboards and real-time notifications in case of occurring errors or KPI deviations. Through continuous monitoring of the assets, accurate maintenance forecasts can now be made.
Project benefits
Through the implementation of our solution for plant monitoring and automatic management, process data is taken over automatically, so that Apostore can devote itself fully to its respective customer. Regarding maintenance, our customer can now act preventively and take countermeasures in good time. Customer support works quickly and efficiently through the real-time dashboards.
