BLACKROLL – More flexibility for order processing

As a rapidly growing company in the e-commerce/health industry, BLACKROLL was faced with the challenge of developing a flexible system for order processing.

Our task was to develop a platform that is able to connect as many shops, distributors, etc. as desired.

Thanks to the development of various logistics services and platform interfaces with XAIDAT, we are now very flexible in the further expansion of our development. For example, we can easily integrate or expand a wide range of service providers, services and marketplaces and thus scale.

The resulting system can be explained as a logistics platform featuring a plug-in concept. This enables BLACKROLL to easily connect various plug-ins, such as webshops, distribution partners, warehouses or even suppliers. The connected systems can easily exchange information, so the onboarding of new online shops or even alternative distribution partners is possible without much effort.

Decisions, such as the choice of distribution provider (Post, DHL, DPD) are also simplified. By means of predefined selection rules, parcels above a certain weight, for example, are only delivered by a certain distribution partner, etc.

After the implementation of our plug-in system, the entire order processing can be handled quickly, flexible and expandable.
