Our customer KNAPP Smart Solutions GmbH develops and sells state-of-the-art order picking machines for pharmacies, under the Apostore brand.

In order to provide the company’s support team with a quick overview of critical customer systems, over 1,000 Apostore systems are connected to our Caduceus platform. This means that support costs can be reduced, spare parts can be used more efficiently and software updates can be installed automatically. The support team as well as sales and product management now have live insights into the system performance. – An important step in increasing customer benefits and further developing the product portfolio.

Our client, a global player in the online payment sector, has commissioned us to develop an innovative platform to be able to grow worldwide. After analyzing the existing platforms and evaluating technologies, we created a state-of-the-art software architecture that combines various business processes in one solution. One challenge was the integration of over 200 external systems and hundreds of interfaces.

Besides software architecture and platform development, a new software development unit was also built for our client and a team of about 50 talented people was recruited and assembled.

Our project influences the future of online payments and we are proud to have been part of it.

We developed a web-based, flexible, multi-tenant forecasting tool for a global online payment provider that enables sales representatives to manage sales forecasts for the next 12 months and integrate them with existing company systems.

Shop-Integration for 24/7 shopping

Development of a shop app and the associated backend that interacts with the KHT picking machines. Customers can pre-order goods from home, collect them from the machine and pay securely, while our security system SAS ensures the encryption and digital signature of the QR codes.

For a space exploration project, we developed a real-time data processing solution for Mars simulations to ensure communication between a space suit, a Mars rover and a base station. As a result, experiments could be carried out more efficiently and with higher quality.

Implementation of the Photo App, now allowing both Android and iOS users to directly upload photos into the DMS. Our expertise assisted the MOTIONDATA VECTOR Group in successfully realizing this project.

We developed an NFC chip solution for an e-commerce client that links fitness and lifestyle products with digital touchpoints. Customers can retrieve product information and exercises by scanning the chip, which strengthens customer loyalty and generates user profiles.

Logistics platform for more flexibility

Our task was to develop a platform that enables the connection of any number of shops, distributors and more. The resulting system acts as a logistics platform with a plug-in concept, which simplifies the connection of web shops, distribution partners and warehouses.

Innovative interface and flexible backend

We developed a device-independent interface for the KHT MultiScan, a mobile recording station for article dimensions and weights. Our solution optimized usability, accelerated workflows and enabled the integration of different measuring devices.

E-Commerce process optimization

Optimization through real-time monitoring with Caduceus. This led to streamlined process control and a reduced cancellation rate.

Dataconcentrator – the modern toll backend

For an ETC system provider, we developed a modern, scalable and fail-safe toll backend for several European cities. Our task consisted of planning, software design and implementation of a robust system for processing toll transaction data.

Asset Management and Monitoring

By connecting over 1,000 Apostore machines to our platform Caduceus, we enable KNAPP Smart Solutions GmbH's support team to efficiently monitor customer installations, reduce costs, and enhance customer value.
