By entering into a contract with Xaidat GmbH, a customer agrees (consent in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) that Xaidat GmbH collects, stores and processes their data from the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f GDPR. 

Xaidat GmbH acts neither as a controller nor as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR with regard to the data that the customer transmits to the Caduceus servers. It is in no way responsible for the data that a customer transmits to the Caduceus servers, nor can it be held liable in this regard.

If you contact us by form on our website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions until the inquiry has been dealt with.

Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. 

Furthermore, we use the analysis services to manage our customer database. If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. 

We have concluded a corresponding contract for commissioned data processing with the providers. In this context, the respective provider acts as an order processor for our company within the meaning of the GDPR.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. 

Transfer of Data to a Third Country

With your express consent, data will be transferred to a third country (Art. 49 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). We hereby inform you about possible risks in the event of an intended data transfer and the lack of appropriate data protection guarantees.

We use various cookies on our website through which we and third-party providers also process personal data, among other things. If you agree to statistical analysis, this website uses Microsoft Clarity. This service uses cookies, which enable an analysis of the use of our website, as well as a tracking code. Our website uses the web analytics service Matomo. This service uses cookies. The information generated by cookies is transmitted to our own servers located in the European Union and stored there (on-premise). The data remains with us as the website operator. Data is not transmitted to third countries. Matomo is used to record activities on websites through visitor or reference analyses and statistics of website visits.

When you access our website via a Google ad, a cookie is placed on your computer. These so-called conversion cookies lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve your personal identification. Google Remarketing

Our website uses the Google Remarketing function of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, US. With Google Remarketing, ads can be placed for users who have already visited our website in the past. This allows customized advertisements to be displayed on our site within the Google advertising network. Google Remarketing uses cookies for this evaluation.

This allows us to recognize visitors as soon as they visit websites within the Google advertising network. To protect our forms (legitimate interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), we use the service reCAPTCHA of the company Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, US. By using this service, it can be distinguished whether the corresponding input is of human origin or misused by automated machine processing.

In this context, information such as IP addresses, information about operating systems and browsers or the referrer URL is transmitted to Google. Google uses this information, among other things, to digitize books and other printed matter and to optimize services such as Google Street View and Google Maps (e.g. house number and street name recognition).

The IP address transmitted as part of reCAPTCHA is not merged with other data from Google, unless you are logged into your Google account at the time of using the reCAPTCHA plug-in. If you want to prevent this transmission and storage of data about you and your behavior on our website by Google, you must log out of Google before you visit our site or use the reCAPTCHA plug-in.
