Customer Experience

You’ve got to start with the customer experience and work back toward the technology – not the other way around. – “Steve Jobs”

This quote has not only left its mark on me personally, but also describes the way we implement projects at Xaidat.

We have been implementing digitisation projects for our customers internationally for more than 20 years. In the course of these projects, we repeatedly come across very complex and heterogeneous IT and software landscapes. These environments grow very quickly, making it increasingly difficult to maintain an overview.

In order to answer the central question of whether the company is doing well and the individual processes are functioning, those responsible usually resort to classic reporting (Excel, BI solutions). These reports work on the basis of aggregated, past data and often offer too few possibilities to react to current events.

What would corporate management look like if it were always based on up-to-date data and decisions could be made based on goals without having to read reports first?

With the UX/CX approach, we therefore ask ourselves how company and process control can be made more user-friendly and contemporary, because the use of systems and their data is essential for companies to increase profitability and enable new business models.

In our opinion, companies need a technically scalable and flexible system and a completely changed user experience. The user should have access to as much company data as possible and decisions should be simplified by a well thought-out notification system. Corporate management should no longer consist of reports. The vision was to model all business-relevant processes in the company, to store the key figures, their target values and limits, in order to company monitoring can happen completely automatically, without those responsible having to constantly look at and check systems/reports.

Caduceus

The monitoring and automatic notification of deviations is intended to provide the best possible support for the users (from the management to those responsible in the operational area).

With Caduceus, we offer a platform that sends out a warning signal whenever something happens in the company or whenever an event will occur in the future, so that one can react immediately. Company goals that are threatened in their implementation by current work are automatically checked with every change. It can be reacted to immediately and not only afterwards, after the data has been evaluated. Of course, this applies to all levels, from the annual target at C-level to the operational KPI in the department.

Just as with every software project we have implemented in the last 20 years, the user is always in the foreground at Caduceus. Software should be there to facilitate work processes, support the company’s success and grow with the company.
